How much time does this take each week?

3–4 gym sessions per week, 45 to 60 minutes each. A couple of minutes a day to log your food. That’s it.

What happens after I pay?

Everything runs through an app on your phone. After you pay, you'll be redirected to download it. Your workouts, check-ins, and messaging with me are all in one place.

How does the refund actually work?
